Won't send me a payment invoice
I had a balance of about $240 left on my loan and then it would be paid off. They came in the middle of the night, right before Thanksgiving, and repossessed my car. Of course the next day they were closed for the holiday. On Friday we called and were given 3 different amounts that we had to pay. One agent told us that the tow yard that took our car was closed for the weekend, then hung up. It came out to a total of over $800, plus $45 a day for storage. We finally came up with the money, $1037, about a week later. We paid and got the car back. I called a week ago to get a breakdown of the tow charges that I had to pay. I want to know what the extra charges went to. Every time I call for anything, a request has to be made for it. It has been a week now and I still have not received anything. I was told it is taking so long because it is generally something they do not send out. In one of my
e-mails I was sent a record of all of my payments. On the last page it has listed "payment excess 706.38". The amount that I was told to pay was incorrect!!! I overpaid on my account because they told me the incorrect amount. Now it has been a hassle of trying to still get the paperwork I requested and now I'm being told it will take 21 days to get my refund!! That is just absurd. I had to pay extra to Western Union my payment to get my car right away but they will take up to 21 days to send back what I overpaid.

I am not a mess-up either when it comes to the payments. I did pay late at times. I had my payment deferred I believe 3 times and was told it would extend my contract 3 months. They then sent a billing statement on what would have originally been my final month to make my payment. The amount listed was equal to the 3 months that I had deferred. Of course I didn't have that much money to make the payment they requested.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The customer service agents are extremely rude. On one of the months that I was late, I had them call 3 times within 15 minutes. When I told the last agent that called that I had spoke to someone 2 times already within 15 minutes she threatened me that they were going to repossess my car. One agent questioned me, asking me if I could borrow the money from anyone. I suggested that he lend me the money.
