Where To Begin With The Problems...

I purchased a wallet on December 9, 2020. Received an email from Biker-Wallets on December 10, 2020, informing me that it will take 6-8 weeks to receive the wallet. No problem. They required payment up front. Over 8 weeks later NOTHING. Emailed them 7 times and called and left a message 2 times. NO REPONSE. I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. They received one response from Biker-Wallets - my order confirmation. Seriously! I never denied placing the order. Biker-Wallets did not provide to my credit card company any proof of shipment or delivery. On April 25, 2021, I received a full and permanent refund from my credit card company.
