I signed up for this service thinking that $99.00 was a good deal to find houses in pre foreclosure, look at them, and then at the end they will convert the deed/title. I went on their website after purchasing and started searching for homes in the area. Today, 3 days after I signed up, I got "My Custom Search" email today and tried going on the website to see what houses they matched me up with. I have tried all day to get on the website www.zingow.com and I just kept getting a message that the link to this site is broke or not there! The website worked just fine the last two days. I tried calling to see what the issue was, 877-425-6887, and was told to hold why they checked the connection/server in my area. after a few seconds my phone hung up. I called back immediately and explained what just happened and I wanted to talk to someone about getting a refund. The same thing happened, I got placed on hold and the phone hung up. This place is a scam! I contacted my credit card today and disputed the charge after getting hung up on twice!
