I could kick myself for not reading the reviews on this company before I had work done. What was supposed to be a simple duct cleaning turned out costing me over $2200! Being woman I feel that I was taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge of my HVAC and ducts. HIgh pressure sales tactics were used to get me to do more than I feel I needed and later I found out I could have had the work done for HALF the cost of what I was charged. Dumb, dumb..I should have gotten another quote. When they say they are going to inspect your ducts, if you can, watch them as they go into your attic. It now seems VERY suspicious to me that all of a sudden my ducts are all ripped and torn off from the ceiling. Even though they showed me pictures, how do I know they didn't do the damage? Read other reviews regarding the sudden and unexpected ripping and tearing of their ducts. So in the long run, if you get your ducts cleaned by them, and all of a sudden they tell you that you need more work done and then start giving you high pressured sales tactics, step back, say no and get another quote, I think you will not only be surprised by the new quote, but feel better about having the work done. If there was zero star to rate them, I would have done it!!
