You DO NOT want to use this company. They have been cited and fined by the CSLB (Contractor's State License Board) on numerous occasions, and repeated the same violations on my contract dated July of this year (20014). Additionally, there is fraud involved.
They will not provide receipts, invoices or proof of insurance. They collected $5,000 from me after stating that they had completed the demolition. THREE separate licensed contractors have shown me that much of the demolition had NOT been completed, thereby
breaching the contract as well as other major infractions. This company wants to get in and out, doing as little as possible. I spoke to their worker who to date, has NOT been paid and paid for the materials that were used out of his own pocket. This company
also goes under the name of Diamond. BE SURE TO CHECK THEM OUT BEFORE HIRING THEM!
