Not Happy
I used this company and even though they are very nice, they are slow. I called to payoff the loan and was told I need fax or e-mail the paperwork back, which I did within 15 minutes. I told the rep I was speaking to I had e-mailed it. Two days later I called and asked if they had showed me paid off and the lady told me it was "processing" and not to worry. I asked her to make sure she noted my account that I had sent it two days before and she said she would. Instead she wrote I was going to send the paperwork via e-mail which I did not find out until two weeks later. Because they didn't open and process the paperwork I had to pay an additional $290 in interest. I paid it off by check sent registered mail three weeks ago. I still don't have a paid in full notice or title back to my car.
