I had the exact horrible experience with wheels next that all other reviewers have had. Ordered rims and they called because they weren't in stock and suggested an alternative rim. I had them professionally installed and they did not work on my vehicle as they rubbed on the caliper. I called customer service and they requested a picture of the rims rubbing. I wasn't going to pay $100 to have the rims installed again. I returned the wheels to them and they have not refunded me. I disputed the charge with American Express and Wheels Next responded that I never returned the merchandise. This is of course 30 days after I shipped them via Federal Express with their packing labels. I have been on hold for customer service for over 20 minutes, but if I call back to place an order I can speak to someone instantly. I was advised that they would refund me less $180 restocking fee. That puts my out of pocket expenses for their mistake at $280 plus countless hours of time dealing with this company. Would love to participate in a class action lawsuit or fraud filing with the DA.
