This company currently carries a BBB rating of "F". Had I known that before I entered into a contract for advertising I would have declined. I strongly advise anyone to invest their ad dollars elseware. Intentionally misleading how their magazine is distributed. No customer service. If you doubt what I say, would you feel comfortable doing business with a company whose phone message doesn't even identify the company you've called? Don't believe me call their number and select any option 800-283-8125. I've been in business for five years and run a salon rated one of the top 250 salons in the nation. I know what pride, honesty, integrity and customer service look like and feel like. This company fails to meet any of the standards I expect and the only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn't figure out how to delete them all! Living Green Today Magazine is more than a disappointment, it is an embarrassment!
