I ordered carpet from Nikki with the understanding that I was under a tight schedule due to other construction going on in my house. Nikki assured me that I would be measured on Monday and installed Tuesday or Wednesday. Having heard nothing, I called them Wed morning to see what was going on. There was only one person to speak to that day who barely spoke english. He told me Nikki was not in that day and nothing could be done for me. I insisted that he find out about my installation and he did call me back and in a most rude manner let me know that since Nikki never called me back to get a deposit from me, the carpet was not ordered. I gave him my payment and my carpet was installed Friday. This was a considerable problem since I had an entire crew of workers that I had to pay for 2 days while we waited for this carpet to be installed. I left voice mails and 2 emails for Nikki during this time and neither she nor anyone else from this company had the decency to even respond. These people have NO people skills and do not conduct themselves in a professional manner.
