I attended the bridal show at the Signature Grand on April 27th, 2010 and Unique Flowers had their centerpieces and bouquets displayed. Victor Osorio, the owner, was there and he was very rude and condescending. When we asked him questions, he was very short with us and did not provide us with further information. He looked nervous, annoyed, and frustrated to be there. He did not greet anyone with a smile, like most vendors at the show. After a short 5 minutes, my mother and I walked away annoyed. If this is the type of service we received in 5 minutes, imagine working with them on one of the most important days of your life...?
