We contracted with this company after seeing their display at the Anaheim Convention Center Home Show. We paid in full and 6 months later still had not received our order. When it finally arrived after numerous delays, phone calls, emails, the owner had to go to Home Depot to buy a pump for it and stood around expecting a tip. The fountain (which was expensive) has so many cracks in it from not curing it long enough, that we have had to cement repair it in so many places,and don't expect it to last this year. The table and benches mosaics were done beautifully; but again are cracking in many places, but we expect them to hold up. The Better Business Bureau was contacted and could not receive an answer back from this company, so they could not help us with any warranty issues. We made a bad decision using them. Unfortunately, the company bit off more than it could chew when going to the Home Show, getting tons of orders, and not being able to fill them in a relatively timely manner. With the work being done in Mexico and then being transported back up to CA, they hurriedly did the work to fill the order, but the fountain bowls did not cure and we expect to see them crumble. What a waste of money. If only he had tried to replace/repair the fountain or return our calls, we would not be putting in a bad review. At this point of time, I would NOT recommend them; especially if you have seen them at a Home Show and make a purchase. Expect 6-12 months before you get your item which you must pay for in advance.
