I have been dealing with TFS since 20 November 2010 trying to get a simple w-9 form faxed to a business that is wanting to purchase my truck. The form is required by the IRS for business purchases of vehicles, TFS seems to not understand what a w9 form is. I have called TFS multiple time to follow up on my request and have been met with constant grieve and unprofessional mannerism. It is now the 26 of November 2010, what was told to me takes 24 to 48 hours has taken now over 6 days with no results. TFS is unethical in their business practices and extremely unconcerned about helping their customers. I have reported this issue to the BBB with hopes of a quick resolute response.
