I was liked by the person who interviewed me enough for her to want to send me on a job opening they had but she obviously did not read my resume or listen because she tried to send me out for a house manager position where I'd "serve the people's guests" and "change lightbulbs" when I am a young girl who's experience is in nannying. She was totally rude and told me my hobbies were "weird". I left the interview crying. I had a bad feeling about it before going into it, due to the short & not friendly emails that had been sent back and forth before hand, and I was right. I have never met someone so cold and frankly unprofessional (Its your job to be nice and make candidates want to work with your company). I dont know who the is using this agency, both potential employees and the people that are paying the agency to find good staff for them. Because they are obviously not very careful or caring about who they are meeting & sending out for interviews with their clients.
So disappointed!
