I PURCHASED A BATH TUB FAUCET AND HANDLES FROM FAUCET DEPORT. THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION WITH FAUCET DEPOT WAS VERY FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING. I DID RECEIVE THE FAUCET AND HANDLES, BUT ALL THE PARTS WERE MISSING. I CALLED FAUCET DEPOT WHO DIRECTED ME TO CALL DELTA FAUCETS. I CALLED DELTA AND DELTA MAILED THE PARTS WHICH ARRIVED AFTER 12 DAYS. I THEN REALIZED THAT I WAS STILL MISSING ONE MORE PART. I CALLED FAUCET DEPOT AND THEY AGAIN TOLD ME TO CALL DELTA. I TOLD FAUCET DEPOT THAT I WAS GETTING TIRED OF CALLING DELTA AND THEN WAITING FOR THE PARTS TO BE DELIVERED. I PURCHASED THE FAUCET FROM FAUCET DEPOT SO FAUCET DEPOT SHOULD MAKE IT RIGHT.
FAUCET DEPOT DID NOTHING. THEY DID NOT TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT. I TALKED TO MANAGER OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO RESULTS. I LEFT 2 MESSAGES FOR THE OWNER TO CALL WITH NO RESULTS.
I ENDED UP CALLING DELTA AND EXPLAINING THE SITUATION TO THEM. DELTA EXPRESS MAILED THE PARTS TO ME SO I COULD COMPLETE THE INSTALATION OF THE FAUCET. IT TOOK OVER A MONTH, BUT WE FINALLY GOT IT DONE.
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH FAUCET DEPOT AGAIN. IT IS MY BELIEF THAT THEY WANT YOUR BUSINESS AS LONG AS EVERYTHING GOES CORRECTLY. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, THEY WILL NOT HELP OR TALK TO YOU ABOUT IT. YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE MANUFACTURER TO GET RESOLUTION.
