The company is a scam and here's the why: an order was placed at 4 AM on a Sunday by someone NOT me using my STOLEN debit card. Even with a call from the local PD and proof of a filed report as well as a call from my bank on Monday when the charges processed at 8 AM, the company refuses to REVERSE the charges and tried to sell the product to those of us who called, yet none of us had ever heard of the product until it was billed to me. Instead of showing good business practice and reversing the charges to my account from a stolen card, the company claimed reversing the charges was impossible as the product had been shipped on Sunday at 9 AM so it was too late. Both the police and bank found that rather odd. I have proof of everything and this is one company that I consider pathetic thieves.
