My daughter was sucked into this scheme. She, too, was lured by a pop up with a woman from her hometown saying how wonderful the product is. She signed up for the free trial. She scanned over the terms but did not see the hidden catch. True, she was ignorant to get sucked into this, but this is what this company is all about ----- misleading young people into thinking they are getting a trial of their product when in fact they will end up paying $300 for it. I guess it's legal but it is not right.
This company's main aim is to trick people into giving them financial info and then cheating them out of $300. If their motive was honorable they would openly on their web site put the fact that you are signing up for a $300 charge over 3 months. But they do not because their business is not teeth whitening ----- it's legally cheating people. I called and got no where with the despicable people who work for the company. Oh, they were very polite, but all they could say was the transaction was perfectly legal. The very fact that they are repeating the same thing over and over tells you they are out to get you, they got you, and there is nothing you can do about it.
My daughter goes to college and works hard at a daycare to help with the expenses. She is sick over this. It infuriates me that a group of unethical, low life, money grabbing vermin can get away with this.
I guess I could have swore at my customer service rep and used racial slurs. It would have been legal, but not decent, not right.
