To whom it may concern,
Your assistant service manager Rene Sazo. This gentleman is truly an asset to your company. I brought my 2010 Chevy Malibu in to have it serviced today he was extremely attentive to my needs and I received excellent and prompt service. I was in and out in less than an hour. He even took the time to listen to me concerning the recent passing of my mother and didn't in the least make me feel as though he was in a rush to get to his next customer. He is truly a wonderful individual with a very caring heart. Hang on to this one, he's a keeper.
