I took my car to get a car wash there and when it came out I had a broken back windshield wiper. It was perfectly fine when I took it there. And since it was an BMW X5 it cost me around $800 and the BMW dealer to get it fixed $500 in parts (THIS CAR WASH BROKE MY BACK WINDSHEILD WIPPER). And the owner obviously told me he is the manager and he would hide and not answer his phone Calles when I would call him or go there
