We had our cover installed in the summer of 2007. It was supposed to be the better cover as we planned to enclose it down the road. It has leaked every year. We have requested it to be repaired each time. The original installer was sent 3 of the 4 times we have had to have some one out. I requested they send someone else the third time . That guy just said it needed to be cleaned and recaulked. He left some caulk. Original installed came out last time and told us we had broken tiles and 'drilled holes in the flashing so it can drain'. The guy that fixed the tiles in the beginning of Sept. '10 came back to check on the tile and said the tile is fine and will be glad to discuss it with the installer. I am finding my worry free cover to be a huge P.I.A. I know the times it has leaked it rained really hard but I don't find that to be an excuse.I think something wasn't done right and no one wants to admit it or repair it. I love having a covered patio. I would like to put in ceiling fans. I can't enclose it until the leaking thing is solved.
this sucks.

I work in the engineering office of Rooms N' Covers and would be happy to work with the homeowner to resolve her leak issues. I need contact information to do so...my search for a Jerri D. comes up negative. With the name on the contract and a city I could do much better. Please contact me directly at earrowood@roomsncovers.com and I will handle your situation personally.
