To begin, I have to compliment Regency temp just for the experience of shopping for the ball. No matter the time or day I called Mike and Nate were ready to help. Their help and advice is invaluable and they think of every detail of which I had no idea could be involved in a ball chair since so many other stores sell similar looking chairs.
What I liked most about Regency, other than the beautiful and not absurdly expensive furniture, was the helpfulness and honesty of the staff. Mike helped us and offered lots of helpful tips in choosing a ball chair color and fabric, explained the different kinds of fabric and how they wear and should be cleaned, explained the warranty and didn't pressure us to purchase. It was nice not feeling uncomfortable.
Received the chair within 5 days of ordering. Love the chair! Will be back for more.
