We purchased an outdoor kitchen in March of 2009 at a Northridge location in California. We were moving at that time and they were to deliver our purchase in August to our new home. It never came after calling and calling and then writing them. I finally disputed a credit card charge from Rainmakers and received part of our money back. We also wrote them a check for $3,999.00 for a deposit and they will not refund the money to us. I put in another call to Tiffani at Rainmakers today. No word yet. In the last 6 weeks I have mailed them copies of my canceled checks and all of the letters come back to me. If I do not receive a return phone call today from them I will turn this over to our attorney. I should of gone with my gut feeling when I had a slight uneasy feeling when I made the purchase. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
