I to have been scammed alone I can only file a case in small claims court. I have contacted an attorney and if I can get 20 to 30 people interested we may be able to file a class action law suite.

I have been contacted by 8 people I encourage more people to come forward and contact me so that I may put all are complaints together and forward it to an attorney.
In the meantime try this. If you paid with a check look on the back to see who endorsed it. I made a check out to Save Big and Rainmakers liquidators Inc cashed the check. I called my banks check fraud department and told them that someone other than whom I made the check for cashed the check.They forward me the proper paper work to fill out and said if Bank of America paid on a check in error that they would be responsible to refund my money. The bank said this process would take up to 90 days to investigate.On 3/22/10 the bank send back a response basically saying that B of A is claiming that Save Big and Rainmakers Liquidators Inc are the same and the funds were paid to one to the appropriate accounts. I responded with a demand that they provide me with the legal documents that they are basing their decision on and that I will not accept any verbal answer also informed them that if they do not return the funds that I will take them to court based on the fact that Corporation are not allowed to commingle funds even if the two corporation have the same stock holders such as Troy. They have now reopened my case and have asked me to give them a week to reply I will keep everyone posted to the outcome.

While I was doing searches on them a web site called(Closing Doors Forever!) came up. This may have been their scam in San Diego I found a complaint on them with the same home business addressees must be getting ready for their next big scam shoppers beware.
Also someone one gave me some info that they are setting up a company called (COZY SHEETS). If you have any info please pass it on.

Hello everyone
I have been contacted by 27 victims. Thanks to all that have responded and shared their information.To give everyone an update I have contacted and have made a police report with the montclair police department name of the detective assigned to the case is detective Brandon Kumanski phone # 909 448-3646 E-mail bkumanski@cityofmontclair.org I encourage all to make a police report and provide any information you may have to him. My wife and I Identified Troy Nihart and others involved. It is my understanding that Troy and his scam associates have been interviewed by the police and have now retained an attorney.(He is not invisible and can be found)On 3-20-10 I met with several of the victims and discussed what legal options we may have. I cannot write in detail since all can view this site. But it does look promising I hope to set up another meeting so that I may provide to all victims the next coarse of action we would like to take.
