I purchased a brand new spa and cover on 10-18-09 from this company for $4,200.00. After delaying my delivery multiple times it was finally delivered at the end of November over a month later. The problem was this was a used floor model. I took the evidence to the showroom they were located at over 2 hours from my home. I talked with the sales manager Jim Power and he said they actually made a mistake and delivered a floor model with no cover and they would call me Monday to let me know when the right spa would be delivered. No call came that monday. I received a call from Leslie early in December that my spa would be delivered the first 2 weeks of January. I received an email my cover would be delivered by Dec 10. It is now Feb. 1, 2010 and still no cover, no spa. No one answers calls or Leslie refuses to return my emails. I am also willing to join in a class action lawsuit.
