I am also a victim. I have been trying to get my 3100.00 from them since April 09. I paid with a credit card, I filed a dispute-after not receiving my fireplace, but they lied to my credit card company saying I refused the product,so my credit card refused to return my money. Then I went to the Montclair location and I was threaten by the staff there if I didn't leave. How much more money has to be stolen from us before the State Attorney General's office steps in. I am more then willing to join class action. How could I file a small claims when you cant find the person Troy Nihart.
If the BBB is funded with california's tax payor money, they should be the next company to be cut from california's budget, they are worthless.
