I am also a victim. I have been trying to get my 3100.00 from them since April 09. I paid with a credit card, I filed a dispute-after not receiving my fireplace, but they lied to my credit card company saying I refused the product,so my credit card refused to return my money. Then I went to the Montclair location and I was threaten by the staff there if I didn't leave. How much more money has to be stolen from us before the state attorney generals office steps in. I am more then willing to join class action. How could I file a small claims when you cant find the person Troy Nihart.
