I never plan to order from Performance Products again. I have two older model Mercedes that I ordered chrome fender trim for. The trim fit decently on one car. On the other, the trim did not fit well at all over the driver's front fender. The piece was made too long. I also ordered at the same time a set of chrome mirror covers which cost $80 and were to be secured with double sided tape. After only 2 weeks, one of the covers fell off while I was driving and could not be retrieved. When I called to complain and request my money be refunded, I was told I would have to order another set, then I could return the one I had and get a refund for that one, not even the whole set! I refused stating that I wanted a full refund. As far as the fender trim, Eugene told me that they have been selling the trim for 8 years and have not had any complaints. There was nothing he could do. I sent an email to their customer service department. I got an email response back stating that I would be contacted by someone in that department within 24 hours. It has now been over 10 days and no response. I would suggest No ONE ever buy anything else from this company, I certainly won't.
