This company's sales representative contacted me about a paid advertisement listing for my business. I listened to the full description, and made sure there was a satisfaction guarantee of a full refund, and the sales rep said there was. I signed up for two listings, and was not satisfied. When I contacted him again to tell him to cancel them, he said he was going to send me an e-mail that I needed to reply back to in order to cancel. His e-mail said that I would get a prorated refund back.
I was refunded back for one of the listings after speaking to his manager, and she said that I would be refunded back for both. I never received my refund for the larger dollar amount, so I filed a dispute with my bank, who gave me a provisional credit.
Even though I had only kept their service for about 3 or 4 weeks, when they finally replied to my bank about 2 weeks ago, they denied that I had ever requested a refund, so they were going to pro-rate based on 4 months of service.
They lie and deceive at any opportunity they are given. Even though I forwarded the cancellation e-mail to my bank, the bank takes the word of this company with an F rating on the BBB over mine, and has "closed" my dispute case.
These thieves and liars should not be allowed to get away with this!
