Great Service

I never used to write reviews for companies, but this time I decided to communicate to everybody what a wonderful company this is and how grateful I am with them. OCPM has been managing my properties for the last couple of years and after speaking to some
of my tenants, all I heard were great praise in how they have been treated and how they have taken care of their maintenance needs. With the only exception from a couple tenants wishing that the company was not so strict in paying their rent on time. Which,
I blame myself for allowing the tenants to get away with it as much as they did while I was managing the properties. Since then OCPM has resolved my problem for late paying tenants and have given me peace of mind that my properties are in good hands. David
