Worst service ever. The network is constantly going down. You call them
on the phone and they want to waste your time 'troubleshooting', when the problem is actually on the headend.
After spending an hour on the phone with them they finally send out a technician. This is now happening on a monthly basis, really pitiful service.
USE ATT, wifi, wimax, comcast, anything but them.
Stay away from this outfit!
