I placed my order yesterday after 4:00pm. I did some research about the product. I have 10 unwanted pounds to drop. I go to the gym, I watch what I eat and sometimes I cheat but... I am very skeptical it seems like there is a lot of scam about HCG like many other diet and I do not know if the product is good or fake? is this website trusworthy? I spoke to Mysty she was nice, she educated me more. first two days are going to be though. I will keep you update as when I receive the package.
I received the product around 2:00pm today 7/19. I was surffing the web and there is a website that said to do a pregnancy test if the result is no that's mean the product is not real? did anyone do a pregnancy test. The website was very, very good hcgdietjourney? Tomorrow will be phase 1 but I like to exercise it says if you exercise you will retain water? I like cycling, zumba? did anyone try them while on that diet?

this is phase 1 loading up I gain weight about 2pounds that is scary. I prepared my meal for lunch tomorrow, I bought the melba toast. I will follow this to the tea. pack 1 small apple, 1 slice of mega toast. salad and 10 shrimp that equal 3.75 ounces, 5 strawberries. Dinner Asparagus and flounder fish 1/2 cup equal 4ounces. I am still skeptical about if this is the fake product or not. I have seen more website and did more research I saw clip on Dr. OZ. I will keep you posted.

I have been on the Hcg for 6 days I have been having pain kind of strange I did some research I find out there is pain related to the diet due to low calorie restriction of 500 calorie or 800. I had gained 2 lbs on the load I lost it plus 2 of mine but???? the official HCGdiet crew is very good no complaint whatsoever if I can continue on this hunger pain. I will refer my sister, daughter and friend to the website.

I lost 11 pounds yes I was able to stay on it because I needed to get ride of those 10 unwanted pounds. I do cheat with salad and I walk one hour. I will try 5 more pounds in case I gain weight later.
To answer Tara's question. I do not know if it is the real thing but I know it works and I was skeptical about it now I believe in that HCG. Cannot convince my daughter yet who has 30 pounds to lose but I am doing it. The HCG customer service Mysty is very nice and the email support are very good give it a try.
