Moving is always a headache and more when you are planning and coordinating a move for your high profile boss like Ricky martin
This past December right before the holidays, I started my search to find a reliable, courteous and responsible moving company. Found many companies online and I did receive many calls and emails with estimates and proposals. After calling a handful of them, I decided to go with Ocean Moving for the courteous and polite customer service I received from Shawn. It is so important to have that people connection and not to be just a number. Shawn helped me with the whole process for this long distance move (MIAMI to NYC). He excelled at accommodating some extra requests as various pick-ups from my boss’ many residences and warehouse. The initial pick up the driver was more than one hour late, but once he and his crew arrived the move started smoothly and ended just before 4pm. Then for the actual delivery two weeks later- as scheduled the truck was ONTIME and the items arrived safely at its final destination- even though at the last minute the building’s freight elevator was not working; but the crew was professional enough to deliver the items by going up to the seventh floor by the staircase!!!
There was an extra fee for the stairs, but our items arrived on time and everyone was happy.
I will definitely have Ocean Movers be the company to use for our next move!
