Don't let them in your house. When 2 men arrived at my house to clean my airduct, they connected a machine to the first duct they saw, stating that this would clean all the ducts in the house. One man went up to my attic and then asked where the crawl space was. I said there was no crawl space, he insisted that there was one and the ducts could not be cleaned if there was not one ( there is not). He then check the furnaces in the garage and told me the two needed to be cleaned for a total of $1000.00. I said I could not do that and he said then it does not pay to clean the ducts. So I said OK, don 't clean the ducts, he said I already did but will not charge you for the one upstairs because my machine can not reach. He then charges me for the two ducts that he said would be a waist of time to clean. I told him to leave, which I should have done in the beginning. This company does not deserve any stars.
