Do not let this company in your house. Their "expert" came to our house for the $42 air duct cleaning. Expert "Eddie" looked in the attic and immediately said we have asbestos. He also said he would replace all the duct work and clean up the asbestos for $3,000. When I said we would think about it, he strongly urged us to let him clean our system for $375. When I told him "no" he said they wouldn't clean the air ducts for the $42 advertised price because we have asbestos, but I still owed him the $42. I told him just to pack up his equipment and get out of our house. The next day, a reputable HVAC contractor confirmed we simply have blown insulation in the attic, not asbestos. So much for their "expert" who couldn't even tell us about his credentials to perform this asbestos analysis or qualifications to do this type of work. This company is a total rip off artist. No wonder they get an "F" from the BBB. Again, no one should allow this company in their house, especially "Eddie." There were absolutely no good qualities with this guy.
