Mike Does Not Win

I was involved in a three car accident February 18, 2022 on Woodward Ave in Detroit all three cars were totaled! I was not at fault, I have an excellent driving record and I am a senior citizen who was traumatized. I had medical insurance coverage with Liberty Mutual, my car was a 2003 Mercedes Benz. My daughter called MIKE the day of or the day after the accident. His firm accepted my case and assigned me to an attorney (ALLISON) who I spoke with twice in six months, I was communicating with her Par Legal (Nichole) Your law office asked me to send photos of the vehicles and of my injuries
and an account of what happened. Along with an update on my condition regularly. I missed 30 days of work and TIME OFF visiting doctors after I returned to work.
I visited doctor after doctor, Nichole instructed me to send the invoices to the law firm and to keep up with the Doctor appointments because they were crucial to my case I was seeing a Neurologist, my head was hit hard on the steering, "Therapy", physical and mental I had and still do have PTSD. I could
go on and on but I want to get to my concern and disappointment! After SIX months Nichole called to say Mike Morse firm was transferring my case to another firm because they could
not settle, If MIKE WINS and is one of the best why would you transfer a case to a firm not nearly as competent as your firm for a percentage if I was awarded? I had to ask Nicole to have Allison call because she was not able to address my concerns. Allison didn't do much better she mentioned a Witness statement that was not correct. The witnesses and the walking passerby's didn't look or sound to credible. Now I am without an attorney because the firm I was referred to does not follow up on telephone calls etc.... Many other law firms are calling, texting and emailing me to ask about my case,
I have no idea who I should speak with because I THOUGHT I hired the BEST. It OBVIOUS to me, my family, my job, professional friends, doctors who treated me, neighbors and anyone who saw me after the accident and saw photos the three vehicles that I am Blessed to be alive. I deserve compensation for pain and suffering, for holding on to me and my business info for SIX months THEN threw me out with sorry we cant help you!! My contact info must have ben sold to anyone who wanted it.
