To make a long story short, please do not get roped into using this service. I signed up to get eight cleanings and I've had numerous problems with the cleanings and with the customer service. In my opinion, this company is fradulent and will sign you up and then refuse to help you once you're a client. I have never encountered such horrible customer service in my life. They have been late on two occasions with no phone call at all. I have requested that they call us before they come because we have two huge dogs that we have to put out, and they have failed to call every time they have visited my home. I have called and spoken to their management twice and nothing has been done to change the service that I am currently receiving. As soon as my contract is up, I am definitely sending them a very nasty letter explaining how bad their service has been, and how I will notify everyone I know about the experiences I have had with their horrible company.
