I preordered the Tesseract album + poster bundle. First off, the shipping cost was high but i just sucked it up and paid for it anyways. Fast forward a month or so, two days before the release date. I get an email from them saying that the stuff "got caught up in a customs review" and would be delayed. Seriously, it's been caught up in customs, presumably for awhile now, and you wait until two days before the release date to notify people? What a joke. I emailed back, asking if they would expedite the shipping once the stuff was in their possession in order to make up for the delay. They said they were "unable to expedite the shipping." Really... unable or just unwilling? They assured me they were working on it as fast as they could. That's obviously not true, because it was SIX DAYS until it finally shipped. They sent out a download link for the album on release date to appease those who had their stuff delayed... It's RELEASE DAY, meaning it's now on spotify, etc. What good is a download link? It's not 2006, I don't need to load it onto my itunes so I can put it on my ipod shuffle. All in all, it's going to be 8 days in total after the release date when I finally get my PREORDER. I will definitely not preorder through this garbage site ever again.
