Terrible business practice

Ordered a multi-piece item off their website in July. Three weeks later, I still had not received the item, nor a shipment notification. I emailed them to ask what was going on and they said due to the custom nature of my order, it's taking extra time (apparently they were in the process of finding a new manufacturer as well), and they were trying to be on top of sending updates to customers (after I asked them about why they're not sending updates either). So I believed them and a couple weeks later I DO get an update from them saying they would send the first piece of my order "right now" as the other half was still being finished. Fast forward to almost a month later, to present day, and I am still waiting for that piece to arrive, as well as a shipment note. Never order anything from this company because it just seems like they're quick to take your money, but will take their sweet time giving you what you paid for, if they send it at all.
