Poor service from this company, I don't think I would order again. They hold orders, they do not reply to emails. Initially we were told they were waiting for "parts" of the order (seems to be a theme), but now they are no longer returning emails or calls. Continued communication would be helpful, return an email, sorry for the delay...
If you are a band, please look elsewhere, they are frustrating to work with, and they have poor customer service.
We ordered a new release bundle from this company, quick to take the money, but now after the release, they still haven't shipped the order. And now are not returning emails with expected ship date... We live close, so we should have had the order a day or two after the release, but they have not even sent a shipping confirmation. Buyer, beware! Bands, this is not helping to build your image! I have given them one star, but they deserve 0.
