Hello,
just wanted to share my experience with these folks. I live in Florida and spilled wine on my Macbook Pro while on a flight to LA. My keyboard got all messed up and some of the keys stopped working at all. After drying the thing out for couple of hours, it still had no sign of hope. I knew that was my last airplane drink and "drive". Did Google search on my phone right after all the frustration and ended up with www.365laptoprepair.com as the only folks that had that keyboard in stock, conveniently located very close by the airport. Told them, I need my laptop up and running ASAP and after they asked me couple questions, was assured the job can be completed while waiting :) that surprised me but since they showed knowledge in that model I headed up there. They charged me extra 150$ to clean the motherboard from some residues that would harm my computer later on, if not taking care of. I was more that happy to discover that everything was completed in 2 hours. Unfortunately I had hard time convincing them not to test the laptop as I needed to leave to my aft. appointment. Well, after a promise to write back for their good and prompt service they let me go. Using it now on my way home, thank you for saving my trip and wishing you the best.
