LaFitness Gym it's a very nice facility, However, I just wanted to use the "hot tub" I have weights at home, Their hot tub was always cold, people calls it "the cold hot tub" to make this short I had to complaint several times for them to warm it up, including a BBB complaint, then someone contacted me to let me know that they would fix it, but they never did, Finally I got tired of complaining cause it would work only for a couple of days and then back to cold, my last month I only went for 3 days and it was cold so I stopped going, I don't know what's the point of such nice facility if you can't keep it working, I never seen a "hot tub" as cold as LA Fitness' one. Not to mention the harrasement after I stopped going, I asked them to stop calling but they just kept calling, I'm so sorry I joined and I will never again come close to any of their facilities, I told them I worked at night and to please stop calling and wake me up
