Horrible customer service for online purchase

I spoke to a couple different RTA cabinet companies and went with
Kitchen Pro because of the positive reviews. I now wonder if those reviews were legitimate or if the company hired someone to write them.
The shaker style cabinets are pretty, but have not had heavy use and are already pulling apart in spots. Pretty disappointed in the whole experience overall.
The customer service is pretty much non-existent. I had questions and I asked to have the layout redrawn 3 times. The designer (Betty) got really snippy at that point. I did send an email to the company and promptly received a call from Travis who said he was the manager. He was going to check into my concerns and said "he WOULD call me back". It's been 11 months now with no phone call or follow up to my email. It's safe to say his word meant nothing.
If you have a perfectly seamless order without needing any assistance it may be okay. I wouldn't recommend purchasing the RTA cabinets online. ***Follow Up*** I have emailed photos to 3 different people at Kitchen Pro and not received a reply to date.***
