Dont waste your time or money

Took over a week to process one small order. Took over 10 unanswered
Emails and countless phone calls (largely unanswered) and severval
Unanswered messages to get this initial order out of limbo.
After a full 7 days I finally get a notice of shipping.... And Even though
I paid for 3 day business via UPS, its labeled for ground service.
The icing on the cake is..... The shipping notification is only a notification
UPS still has no package and I dont either.
Time for a Charge Back.
Find someone else to get your gear from,even if it costs more up front.
At least youll be dealing with a company and not a one man show
Wasting your time.
