Beware of this company

JRH installed 2 central air units in my home and provides a 1 year warranty, or so they say. On the first cold night after turning on the heat, I discovered that one of the heater in 1 of the units was not working. I called them on all 3 of their phone numbers and left a message on each and they would not return my call. I kept calling over and over to catch someone and finally did, the owner, and he said text him my address and he would have someone come by. Two days later no one showed and now he won't answer my phone calls or texts. Rest assured if you use this company, their will be no service provided after they get your initial sale.
