took my money and cancelled my course

I was registered to attend the diploma portion of the ISG wine training in October of 2013. Registration was paid in full and I bought all recommended books for the course. The course was cancelled and I was instructed to wait for more information regarding a make up date. I was contacted in 2014 and told there was an upcoming class available. The time available would have had a completion date of around July. This new make up date did not fit into my schedule as I had plans for the summer months. I have tried numerous times to resolve this issue by calling the office in Mississauga. Emailed my credit card information too. have been told on multiple occasions that I would be contacted back, and did not hear back regarding this issue once. The money paid for this course has been accumulating credit card interest. After paying ISG, I no longer had money to enroll with their comparable competitor WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust)The inability of ISG to provide me with training hindered my career choices and I have since left the wine industry.
