A scam or just very incompetent

I can't tell if this is a poorly run scam or an incompetently run business. In either case, don't waste your money. The customer service number was out of order for a week and nobody in the office seemed to know anything about it. I called the number on an ad on Craigslist instead several times. Each time I was promised a call back in 10 minutes but never got one. The list of places to look at didn't meet my criteria either.
Take the $37 and buy a dinner for your best friend or some flowers for your mother instead. You will get much more satisfaction from doing that.
How can I give this company "Zero stars"?
