So this place sends you listings of places based off of what you're looking for in a rental home. Much like Westside Rentals, they charge a fee. Though with Infinity Rentals, they only charge you once until you find something. They also keep sending you listings through e-mail if you don't like the first set you receive. All in all, you can't go wrong paying their fee (which is a lot cheaper than many other rental listing services), you get more and more listings for as long as you want. Somebody smart could totally take advantage of this situation. As for me, I had a great experience with the company. They were pleasant and polite, and they found me a place within the first set of listings. Client Support was a little slow on getting a hold of me, I guess because they were pretty busy with clients. Once they got a hold of me after a couple hours, they knew exactly what they were doing and helped me out a lot. It was worth the wait. I am finally settled into this ideal apartment, which I know will be home to me very soon. I love my new place, thanks to Infinity Rentals!
