I am happy to say that...........I FOUND A PLACE!
I will be using your referral for my friend from Endgland as well. This place I found is great! It has a seperate kitchen and bathroom and I am right on the boardwalk in Venice Beach. My patio is like a fire escape but I can see the ocean and I have a little herb garden growing out there too.
I was the first to view this place because I was able to get new availability daily and so I would just start calling and as soon as they were open to view I would get inside and apply. This one was a steel and I pay less then most in this area.
The best part is that it has all utilities paid so I am already on my laptop checking my emails that haven't been looked at for weeks and my social contacts as well. YEY!!!!

This was a good experience and yes I will use them again!
P.S. Send an email first thing in the morning because I was getting new places that way.
