Worst Service Ever!

I made my initial order including the photo for my invitations and received my proof within two days. It was all down hill from there. I requested a change of the font and it took over a week to recieve my proof for that. I replied same day letting Marlene
know i approved and to tissue out my invites. After two weeks I still had no response from her nor my invitations. I then e-mailed her she responded apologizing and that she would then expedite them to me and I would recieve them by a Monday no later than
Tuesday. It is now Thursday and i still have nothing! I made several attempts to get into contact with her, e-mail, texts, and phone calls with no success. She even began forwarding my calls it would ring once then go to voicemail. When she finally did reply
it was via e-mail and she was VERY rude! She claimed that she sent my order but still I have no invitations. If you are thinking of using this site do yourself a favor and run the other way!
