I had my heating/air conditioner installed in 2003. This company serviced the unit twice a year. Since the manager, Michelle, has left, it is very difficult to get professional service.
For example, I scheduled a service call for today over a week ago. There was no reminder phone call yesterday. I phoned I & M this morning to see if the service technician was scheduled for the day. No one returned my phone call and when I called back this afternoon, was told the technician was on his way (after 4:00 p.m.). The scheduled appointment time was between 9-11.
I would not recommend this company based on the poor, unprofessional service by the office staff.
