Our product is not offered or sold as free of cost. It is a risk-free trial for $5.95 that is subject to the terms and conditions noted on the site. These terms are hyperlinked in three places on the site. In addition the terms and conditions are printed on the site is readable font. Plus, the terms and conditions MUST BE EXPLICITLY AGREED TO BEFORE the order is finalized by clicking and checking a box where it is clearly stated,"By clicking this box, you agree to the Terms and Conditions." Our email address does indeed work and we have phone numbers and emails in several places on our website and in the literature that is shipped with the risk-free trial. The terms clearly state our billing practices before an order is finalized. In the future we highly recommend that you understand what you're ordering BEFORE actually completing the order. We stand behind our products 100% and are here to provide quality goods and services.
